Advance stats in hockey are great to tell you what teams are good. IMO they are meaningless to marginal for individual player analysis, being that hockey is a free flowing game, and cannot be broken down play by play like baseball or football.

I hate using this comparison because I think this particular player was over rated here.... But O'Reilly is Chris Drury. A good 2nd line player that will play d and score a decent amount on a good team.....Nothing more

Drury did have a set of intangibles that worked wonders for really good teams like the Colorado and Buffalo teams he played for. The problem with players of that skill set is that the team has to be really, really good in order for them to excel. They can help make a really good team great. They can't make a bad team good.

I like that he is making his presense felt in the community and seems like he is excited to be a part of the team.

I realize, doesnt mean shes good at it. I saw a video of her trying to help Pysyk with his skating a year or so ago but thats about all ive heard from her. Just seems like she has a good amount of fans on these threads.
