Do you play curling? I've never played so I don't really have any interest in it.

I've played shuffleboard and Table SB... pretty much the same strategy but doesn't have the ice and the sweepers to contend with.

The Game is slow but cerebral and has drama... The thing about is that there are no politics involved and no (frank)ed up Judge interaction either. I detest the Olympics because of the straight out blatant bias that for me started with the Cold War but probably dated back to the World Wars. You watch with the expectation that your skater or gymnast would be robbed and an inferior Commie stooge would take the Medals... Or you would win a tainted one as 'our' friendly judges robbed some poor little Russian girl out of a Medal she trained all her life to go after... Either way the whole thing just sucked... The final straw was when they kept putting more time on the clock in the Basketball Gold Medal Game until the Russians were ahead and beat our boys... Add to that all the certain countries not attending certain other counties Games, and the foreign 'Pros' -- like Cuba's Stevenson for example -- playing our Amateurs all those year... and thos poor Israeli athletes who were slaughtered senselessly................................

I now bend the rule for the Hockey and sometimes on rare occasions I may casually watch a Sport that is not 'voted' on by biased Judges... But for some reason or another I do enjoy Curling and the strategy and drama and the basically non-athletic aspects of it... Go figure.
