Appetite was a great album...everything else was pretty weak, and then Axl threatened to release that 'Chinese Democracy' album for about 10 or 15 before that chunk of poop came out.

A few very popular bands/artists that I'd rather have someone beat the sh1t out of me than to make me listen to arrrreeee... Bon Jovi, KISS, 95% of The Rolling Stone's stuff... Personally, I'm amazed that KISS became so popular. Their music is absolute torture for me.

fan or not... they had a bigger impact on music than any of the other bands we listed

Did they? Influence is kind of a strange thing...did they influence musicians, a generation of pissed off teens, the music industry?

Bon Jovi and KISS have been extremely disappointing to me since 1990, both bands after that turned to poop... Before that I enjoyed them, not my favorite bands by any means but in the 80's they had some pretty big songs , the Stones are very over-rated.. Can't stand them.

Yeah KISS is pretty bad...I like some of their poop...like maybe 5 songs which is pretty weak considering how many they wrote .

Haha, ya I did mean 1980... Although I did enjoy a lot of their 80's output too but the 70's was their moment of glory.

While they did have a hand in killing that 80's glam metal stuff I think an over saturation of that kind of music also helped kill it too, bands like Warrant/Winger/Trixter etc really got to be too much, overkill IMO... When "Smells like Teen Spirit" came out you could almost see all that 80's music cringe in fear.

We really need a band to come out and do it again so we can rid the world of today's bullpoop bubble gum pop.

People linked this as a joke accounting for most of its views.
What is really sad is, gangnam style has over a billion views.
