Yes the psychological as well as other medical experts have proven that too much time spent on these types of mediums as a child, effect ones social growth, ability to interact in one on one situations, as well as increased sedentary time is a direct cause of metabolic syndrome, obesity and diabetes. I don't expect you to get that though, like I have said several times before, you may not be capable of understanding it yet. YET, being the key word kid.

On the topic of punk music, Propaghandi. Started great and got better. Rancid had 2 great albums,self titled and let's go, as did AFI before the became one of the worst bands ever. For a newer band check out A Wilhelm Scream, (frank)ing awesome.

Oh, and Laughs, NOFX were (frank)ing great. first tape I bought with my own money.

100% they are probably my favorite hardcore/progressive thrash band. They are truly amazing,IMO. Every Album is better than the last. Very rare that a band can put out 5+ records that out do the last.

Masked intruder is a new band that I kinda like.

I already heard that today after I gave a 100 year old lady a bath, she let one rip as I got her out of the tub.....she apologized and I said you're 100 years old, you have long since earned the right to fart in public.
