This happens a lot to many artists though. U2 had some really good early stuff then a bunch of poop.

Same can be said of many. Nine inch nails came out and made a name for themselves. Resner was deemed a genius. Their last album sucks poop yet people eat it up. Same with Queens of the stone age. Good stuff earlier but the last album poop. Yet its stuffed down everyones throats as great cuz it Queens. Bands get a rep then live off them...deserved or not.

I think your reading a bit deep into it. Basically I thought he said he was a very good hockey player, but not a franchise player and offensively he benefits from Duschene, ist the driver himself.

well, he said 'carried'. those are strong words.
he did eventually say good player, but i find it very hard to equate being carried by someone and then saying good player.

essentially theyre opposite meanings in this context.

hall is our best player, and certainly anyone benefits from playing with him. but the perrons, eberles etc can also, and have, produced without him. hall doesnt 'carry' them anymore than duchene 'carries' ror.

You are aware that OKC finished around 27th or 28th in the AHL last year in G.A. right? How is Todd Neilson a great coach to help improve his defense, when the team itself is close to the worst in the league defensively? Don't forget the fact you played the "Russian bolt to the KHL" card about Yak and his agent. So now you wanna send him down for a year, a player who you suggest will go to the AHL. How do you think that helps with the whole Russian factor?

I mean in music terms, he changed a generation (which then imploded after he commited suicide) a lot of people aren't fond of Nirvana (I like them, but Pearl Jam is better IMO) but it's a lot bettrr than music we have now..

Deflect, deflect, deflect. You are as bad as Smytty is good in front of the net deflecting. The playoffs are a whole different season. You wanted him to go down to learn defensive aspects of the game, not about Nelson's playoff record from a few years back. They had NHL RW in Hemsky and Eberle last year as well.
