I haven't seen Stewart play enough to judge he was injured to soon. It is a contract year and he has scored some goals in the past. I wouldn't mind seeing what he has to offer this year and then flipping him at the deadline.
- GilPerreault11

He's shown nothing more than being a bigger, slightly tougher Stafford.

However, I'm not against seeing if Nolan can pull something out of him

That's my point, but ultimately, it comes down to wins. If Ott posts those totals, but the Blues still win, I'm more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and concede that something he's doing is helping them win games. The reality was that Ott probably wasn't having a negative effect on the Blues. He was simply having no effect.
- buffalofan19

I think Ott is just ok.

Moving Stewart to sign Ott is lateral

They will be rioting in the streets when he gives up a soft goal that loses them a game.

I was drooling over Vanek? wrong again I like Vanek but always said he was lazy and acted like he doesn't care, so you are wrong again. don't be bitter that he Sabres passed on PULL UP BOY.
- SABRES 89

You wanted to keep Vanek all last year even when he was most likely going to walk. Like I told you earlier YOU have to learn to cut the cord.

Hey 89 the Draft is over, done, and you are still acting like you had a say in the Reinhart pick. Whatever makes you sleep better at night.

I don't know. San Jose or Minny would have been 10x better. Vancouver is going nowhere IMO

If Hitchcock couldn't keep a light under his ass, IMO no one will.

He was given every opportunity to produce consistently in St Louis. He was playing on the Steen/Backes line at times and was still a zero on the stat sheet.

Reminds me of Grosek honestly. When he's on, he's on. When he's not, he's invisible.

Good thing you know it all and I never was against moving Vanek, I said a mistake to move Miller. I knew all along they were picking Reinhart just like I was saying all along that Moulson was coming back.

King Henrik but his age is a factor.

No other goalie playing right not that I'd even think about.

Rask is a product of Boston. Had he not been moved for Raycroft, Rask would be wallowing in self pity.

If they move him, I can see Lemieux getting a ten game tryout to start the season

The Sharks version of a rebuild is to let Dan Boyle walk, take the C off of Thornton and sign John Scott.

Just like the fall of the Sabres when Scott signed. If he plays more than 20 games for SJ, they will be in big trouble and will bottom out.

thornton has 100 points in 132 playoff games and is a bum

toews has 81 points in 94 playoff games and is clutch
