Belief out there is that they're targeting Moore. - Michael_Stuart
that would be sweet. he had an amazing playoffs with us in 10-11. that Bergenheim-Moore-Purcell line was beautiful. plus hes such a hard-worker and gritty. would really like this addition. always loved him when he was on us. |

guys don't forget that we put Connolly as our #1 C when Stamkos went down. he then proceeded to look awful in that role (which makes sense) a winger going straight to 1st line center. but when he played he wasn't playing all that good. although I do remember that beautiful tip-in goal against the Blues heres to hoping we finally see him make some noise for our club this year! - BoltsFan4Life
Yeah. He's a winger who has excelled at the American Hockey League level. He needs to get some consistent top-six minutes to show what he's got. If it doesn't work, fine. But they've got to try. |

exactly. I just feel that his confidence must be so low with the way his NHL career has gone so far. so if he makes a bad play or has a bad game im sure it wears on him. he has all the physical tools and intangibles to succeed at this level just like he does in the AHL. its all a mental game with him im sure. consistent top 6 minutes would help him gain that confidence though. |

Being the best forward out of camp last year? Dominating the AHL the past 2 years? He's earned a shot. And not a shot at playing 4th line duty. - TBolts4
Maybe you should read what was written I said swap Connolly and Callahan on the first two lines on Riley's lineup setup for next year |

I wouldn't put Callahan with Stamkos. Why mess with what worked last year?
Filppula and Callahan seemed to work well together. Palat on the other wing was great too.

Was he really don't remember. He only played 11 games and the injury was our 17 th game. I guess healthy scratches but wouldn't they count as being with the club. When did he go back down right after? |

Yes they did but two rookies on the top line? Coop was mixing and matching all year but then again Stammer was gone. Yes they were good together but small sample as you say Cally was only here a month and Filp was out 4-5 games and played injured for awhile. I don't know how well Connolly or Drouin are yet at face offs but a good face off man in Cally frees up Stammer from that duty. Yes Stammer got a lot better at face offs but in the Offensive zone it would be a plus. I think we will see the wingers on the top two line interchanged throughout camp and preseason to see what works best. |

Rumored we are targeting Dan Boyle. I like Boyle but he's getting a bit long in the tooth. |

Maybe a two year stop gap while DeAngelo gets ready for the club. |

yeah he was playing center in the beginning and was playing an awful 2-way game so they stopped playing him there. he got sent back down shortly after, yeah. |

Would love to see Moore back like you said. One hard nosed player and a fan favorite wherever he goes. |
