Vinny is 33 signed for 4.5 cap for 3 more years (4 if you include 2014). He plays similar to Toews and Getzlaf. Is more of a setup center and did wonders for MSL and his career. Helped Stamkos to develop his game. And his last role was on the wing of Couturier helping him develop his game.
So for Markstrom, if we get a player that is still relatively young, can score and is a setup guy that can play big and tough against the bigger WC centers and hopefully help develop BO into the center that we all hope and pray he is then I am all in for this trade.

There is 2% difference in the top and lowest. if we compare that to the ATOI of say 20mins then it is roughly 30 secs per game. Not sure if this makes any difference in the game or outcome.

Can someone explain to me why we are trading Kesler in the first place? He is an amazing player and should stay with the Canucks. The only deal I would make in trading Kesler would involve the #1 pick (Reinhart), a prospect, and a roster player.

As for the draft, at the 6th overall pick, I'd like to see Vancouver pick Dal Colle or Virtanen.

I think Lack needs another season as a backup. Signing Hiller for 2 yrs would be great for the Canucks. Don't bring in Miller!!!
