If there's a front office that would overvalue him, that would be the one.

Not to mention the coaching staff being already familiar with him and the orgs tendency to throw money to the wind.

They may throw money but what do we get in return?

And why would they do that with Harding there?

Lol. Where does Harding go? Do we need a goalie in place before making that move?

The Harding situation is very tough. He was playing so great but his condition is truly a terrible thing. People question Letang's health but what Harding is going through is way more significant

Yea. Scary stuff. Well I'll be really cold hearted and say I'd trade Fleury for Harding (as the backup) and then sign another $2-3M goalie. He'd sure be worth giving him a chance....just dunno realistic odds of a comeback.

Just get rid of Fleury and bring in Miller

Don't the Wild have a plethora of young NHL ready forwards still on ELC that are being blocked by more established forwards? Maybe we could get a young guy that could add bottom 6 depth.

They do. But the general consensus is that Fleury's trade value is complete sh*t.

That would be sweet though.

I don't disagree - just wishful thinking that it wouldn't be a straight salary dump. Obviously not one of the top young guys, but just one that could add 3rd or 4th line depth.

People say that but I (frank)ing love Subban. Sure he pisses me off when I watch him vs the Penguins, but if he was wearing the Penguins jersey it would be legen...wait for it...dary.

But I'm not sold on Ho Sang. His attitude seems to irk me in the wrong direction. He seems like an Alexander Daigle to me, but without being drafted first overall.

I know zilch about prospect players, I was imagining Ho-Sang as a Japanese kid!

I think the risk in getting him is worth it though, I dunno. He's def got character.

You might love him, but lets be honest. He's fighting an uphill battle, but is now starting to win it.

Well that'd be cool. Angelo was a big time prospect that dropped to us and hasn't played a game. I don't remember what his issues were but I think he was the number one ranked player heading into the draft year. I like the idea of Lemieux, mainly 'cause I've heard more about him and watched Claude.

Hmm..must have been in discussions prior to today. Fired and hired in the same day. This actually makes me think they might have wanted Bylsma.
