I like the sound of this though:
Gudbranson is one of the most promising, young shutdown defenseman in the NHL. He uses his huge 6-foot-5, 216-pound frame to his advantage both along the boards and in front of the net. He's not afraid to throw his body around and is willing to drop the gloves when necessary. He has tremendous leadership qualities and displays all-around potential. He hasn't put up a lot of points yet, but he has a heavy shot and could potentially quarterback power-play units in the future. - braidan

add one of tinordi or bealieu - AGalchenyuk27
No way I'd give Beaulieu or Tinordi plus a first round pick for Gudbranson, a 9 points, often injured D.
Tinordi will likely be as good. Only upside is he's a Righty. |

Add 2 inches and 20 pounds and you have Tinordi. He doesnt have the offensive potential but Gudbranson has not shown he can QB a powerplay yet. |

kind of what i'm thinking. don't we have our own Gudbranson that we've been grooming for 4 (frank)ing years? if this organization is going to surrender assets in a trade, doing so for a defencemen is absolutely ludicrous. |
