Tampa Bay will not qualify goalie Anders Lindback, meaning he will be a UFA this summer, per Eric Erlendsson of the Tampa Tribune. I'd assume that makes him a potential Flyer target as back up - Jsaquella
A lot of good young options on the free agent market. Definitely a buyer's market, I want Chad Johnson, but I wouldn't mind seeing Lindback working with Reese.

im still praying for our lord and savior joel embiid - Crimsoninja
I would still take the risk on him. Him and Noel together would be ridiculous |

You wouldn't trade two 2nds and a guy like Raffl to move into the top-4 this year?
If Feds hadn't had such a good PO for them in '04, that might have gone down as one of the most lopsided trades in draft history. - Tomahawk
I wouldn't. 2nd round picks are valuable. And a guy like raffl is a lot to give up for a kyle turris type of kid to draft |

Would be nice to have Parker go #1 and exum go #2 take embiid at 3 than trade up to four and take wiggins too. Too bad that'll never happen. |

You mean the Kyle Turris who would have been 3rd on the Flyers in goals, and 4th in points?
Yeah, I'd give up Michael Raffl for Kyle Turris and laugh all the way home. |

I'd sooner roll the dice on Dubnyk, even though I'm quite partial to Finnish netminders. |

I'd prefer Dubnyk over Lindback. Rather go after Greiss, Johnson or Montoya. |

Noodles seems convinced that Johnson and Montoya are staying put. |

Very possible. But Boston has Svedberg who is due for a new deal as a RFA, plus Subban moving to the AHL.
Jets don't have much ready beyond Montoya, though |

So I've been hearing a lot of talk about a third sweater for the Flyers this year. Anybody else know anything about that. I'm of the belief they should wear their winter classic sweater more often. - JonnyHammerstix
whatever it is, it'll either be (frank)ing horrible if it's something we've never seen, or if it's some kind of retread, it will be boring and at least one detail will be totally wrong. they'll never get it right. |

Come on now the worst one was only the metallic one, and that wasn't too b-
I'm sorry I can't keep a straight face.
I'm with you.
EDIT: They definitely nailed the Winter Classic jerseys though |

Agreed.
Now, if we can just get them to wear white at home again, that'd be great. |

I hope not. He only plays well against us. |

Personally, I'd avoid him like a hooker with an Adam's Apple |
