Maybe in game 5 the puck will stop on the goal line twice for the Rangers again. - PhillySportsGuy
or they can take a penalty every shift and some howe be shorthanded only twice |

kings are so much better and if the rangers were called for 1/3 of the poop they do it would be over - hogweed
Looks like both of them obstruct the poop out of each other to me...sometimes it's just ridiculous. |

I've had it them saying great save by Henrik. They are shooting it right into his chest, that's not a great save. That's a bad shot by the shooter. - EastBeast18
Lots of times that's because the goalie has good positioning and has cut down the angle, and there isn't much to shoot at. Lundqvist won that game for the Rangers. |

That's a seal clubbin beard he's got going on there.
It's amazing how bad the Rangers looked the entire 3rd. |

The snow around the Rangers goal line was a lot more effective in goal than Garth Snow was for the Flyers in 1997 |

Ironically, both goalies with similar shoulder pads.

You can see him thinking it over...
"It's a pretty sweet deal. I should probably pull the trigger quick on this one. I can almost taste those Schlitzies now..." |

I figured they'd squeak one out exactly like this. 2-0 lead. 2-1. Luck all around both ends for them. Interefere like crazy. Get away with it. Hang on for dear life for 30 minutes. It's ok. Won't matter in the end. The kings are so much better it's silly. |

But why is it LA can have too many men every game without it being called? It's puzzling. Is there an invisibility cloak that works only on linesmen eyes? |

they aren't calling much either way, which clearly favors the team that is playing over the edge, which the rangers have to in order to be competitive. just sucks the flyers don't get the same treatment. any doubt? 12-4 power play advantage in first 2 games of first rd series w/ one of ours being a meaningless too many men call w/ under 2 min left in game 2, which the flyers were already winning.
if we get 12 pps in those 2 games we likely win games 1 and 2 and that series |

what's even funnier is that when i typed in "garth snow shoulder pads" into my google search, the 3rd image that came up was a picture of guess who? that's right. CSP. shocking.
the quote attached to the image from another blog site is:
Not to start something, but Lundquist's shoulder pads look enormous here!
which was then followed by this reply from another poster:
Look at his friggin pads!!!!!!!!! Why not tie two mini-coopers to his legs!?!?!
needless to say, i was (frank)ing when i saw this. |
