you're more than happy to point out those flaws during the fall and winter months. it's strange how your opinion has taken a turn in the offseason. shocking!!!

Look dipshiit. I was asking which flaws he was talking about. He answered.

What he didn't answer is who is going to replace him and at what cost.

And no...I don't think Beaulieu or Tinordi will be better than him in 3 years.

They have three players on their active roster under 200lbs--Richards, Tyler Toffoli, Justin Williams and Slava Voynov.

It wouldn't be the end of the world... but our backend would suck big time.
- WaterBoy

Maybe, but he was mediocre last year, and getting long in the tooth.

I'd like to see Beaulieu get most of his minutes, if he walks that is.

Comparing Tinordi to Markov is steepid. Even by my standards.

He's slowing down for sure. But he can still move the puck and dictate the play from the back end. Pair him with a good player not named Emelin or Gorges and you'll still get decent play out of him.

Off course, make him play with Subban

Of course. But is there really an option out there ? I doubt MB trades assets to fill Markov's void.

Hell no.

PK will be playing 25+ minutes.

Markov can't play those minutes anymore.

Like it or not, Markov is the 2nd best D on this team and will still be that next season and probably the season after that.

Markov doesn't need to be fast to be efficient.. and you complaning about him sucking at being a defensive defensman is ...ridiculous.

I don't think it is.

In fact, Markov only becam a 2nd D playing with Norris winner Subban. On other occasions, he definately became a mediocre defensive defensman.
