Devine should have been curb side when Darcy got canned.

With TM being a scouting/draft kinda guy, it wouldn't surprise me if his input/role has been diminished.

I'm wondering how much say he's actually had over the years. I know what we all saw in those Beyond Blue & Gold episodes - and I liked what I saw - with him basically dying to pick Risto ("they've got their fukcing Finn scout up there" LOL), and pushing for big Z. But I just wonder if it's always been like that. I like his philosophies of bigger, stronger, faster, meaner, tougher to play against, etc. I hope he keeps that up. Sounds like Murray has similar philosophies.

Devine should have no role with this team

I would have kicked Devine to the curb along with Darcy, no need for him to be here.

No way, Richards put his stamp on that last game. Nash at least plays well when he's not scoring

Just popped that question to my wife.

Told her I couldn't do it.

She looked at me like I was an idiot.

Sure, I'd have all sorts of free time, tons of $ in the bank, buy anything I want, blah blah blah.

Not being able to be involved in the sport that I've lived, breathed, obsessed over all my life? No way.

Nash is a bum and not even close to being worth 7.8 mill a year.

He might not be, but Richards is just about toast and he's signed until he's 40

While I think id agree with you, there isnt enough of a difference between the 2 for me to flip out if they took Drasaitl

Its basically picking between a Henrik Sedin-like player or Anze Kopitar
