Not much you can do when you cramp up
- PhillySportsGuy

I have no idea what happened. But some people are more susceptible to getting cramps when dehydrated and such. I'm one of them. I've had some cramps in my legs that are pretty serious. You can't stand up, let alone walk. And you find out sometimes you have some muscles that you didn't even know existed.

Always liked Forsberg a lot. Nothing could top the morning that I found out we signed Shea Weber to an offer sheet, though. I literally (literally) almost pissed myself with happiness.

I was literally peeing in the toilet at 6am or so when I saw the Dreger tweet about Weber (yea I was checking my phone at the same time).

I've never been a guy that hates teams or players. Except for one player. I hated Jagr. Never liked him as a player. But his one year as a Flyer gave some insight, and added some respect for him.

I guess "hate" is too strong of a word for Pronger. He was an opposing player that made life very difficult.

But hate I had, for Darcy Tucker, Claude Lemeiux, Esa Tikkanen, Ulf Samuelson, and James Neal.

Lebron has had cramping problems in the past. I'm sure he didn't properly hydrate himself for a game to be played in 90+ degree weather.

poop happens. It's only game 1. If he's truly one of the greatest, he'll still lead the Heat to victory.

That would've been awesome if they hadn't matched.

Theoretically, you can't ice skate with a broken leg either.

To me, it's not so much that he cramped as the drama that ensued. He literally was carried off (one of the guys looked around 60 or so) and was sitting on the bench looking all pouty. Get it massaged, drink some liquids, flex it, and get back in there. Don't sit and pout.

Look, my blinding hatred for basketball is..well- blinding...

But, from experience- as a kid that runs 10 miles a shot- if I cramp up, I'll keep running, and run it off. Sucked down some water and just power through it. It's a pride thing. Lebron needs to take care of himself and stay hydrated.

Now, maybe it's something more than that. I don't know. But the bottom line is he needs to stay hydrated.

Leg cramps are different than stomach cramps. You can power through a stomach cramp, but certain legs cramps can be so incredibly painful that it's impossible to play.

I don't like Lebron, but I still think the Heat will win this series and all will be forgotten about game 1

Actually, when I think of LeBron, all I think about is him with that big old grimace on his face getting carried off the court.

I get bad leg cramps. The kind that wake you up in immense pain in the middle of the night and stay with you for a day or so. You can still walk through it. I mean, technically, you can't ice skate on a broken leg either, but Campbell was able to do it, somehow.

Traditional AC is not "green" enough for California. Theirs runs on sunshine and dead puppies. They ran out of dead puppies, as Paris Hilton hadn't bought a new pet that day.

Shut up with facts and stop pointing out my oversight.

Texas is now California.
