Don't worry. BigE is going to come in and buy everyone a ticket on stub hub.

I had literally no trouble loading the pages and ordering two tickets. I feel like I'm doing something wrong here.

I literally hate everything. I was at checkout and a dialogue box popped up that said "a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly" and I couldn't close the box. I'd click close window and the X and it wouldn't close. Then, it said my reservations expired.

Tried again, all tickets were sold.

Unreal.

Can't those who want to attend the draft go to the WFC the day of and just scalp them? Or is that too easy?

You're the only one who got in. Who do you work for!? WHO DO YOU WORK FOR!?

I don't know what I did right, but I easily got tickets for both days. I wasn't even waiting to do it at the first moment, I was ten minutes late and skated right through.

Not really sure scalping someone and leaving them bloody on the ground is the best solution to getting tickets.

Here's my problem with the whole build thru the draft concept. It's simply not going to work in Phillys case and here's why. Unless Philly bottoms out for a few years and has very high picks they aren't going to get elite talent. Now to their credit in round one they usually pick a decent player and occasionally hit a home run ( g) but the odds of them finding these so called gems is extremely unlikely. Let alone being patient and developing them correctly. If your a team that consistently picks around 15-25 in round 1 building thru the draft alone won't work. Signing players to offer sheets also won't work. Teams will always match elite talent offer sheets. Free agency won't work because teams are signing their elite early to long term contracts and the very few that make it fa the price is too high plus multiple teams bidding and it's hard to land them( ie suter/parise) the only way to obtain elite talent if you pick around 15-25 consistently is to draft well in the early rounds and package those players with or without picks to go get elite talent. Prime example is what la did. We all talk of what a great deal it was for us but la was to the point where they needed a Richards type to help put them over the top. They gave up 2 young very good players to get him but that's the price.

No its been around 77F here the last few weeks, hitting 85 once or twice.

Bi-polar weather.

Also didn't book any tickets for said draft, was just curious to see the angry uproar if I had been able to do it from up here.
