He usually fishes the Brigantine inlet and the back bays behind the marina. I usually go with him a few times each summer, there are some good spots back there for flounder

I just don't think Hinkie values a mid-range game in a player. I believe he places more value on a wing player who can either drain a three or drive and get to the basket (the Houston model).

That is why I believe he might pass on Parker if he is there at #3.
