Dirty to me is an intent to injure a player. You guys know Brandon almost better than us habs fans. Was he a dirty player when he player in NY? Or did you love him? - andrest
Can Prust be dirty, sure. But to me that's besides the point. I'm just looking at this instance only and trying to be objective. Prust was really the only vocal player about the Kreider incident. He tried to go after Kreider, but couldn't even move him.
Do I know for sure what he did had intent, nope, but the actions he did leading up to it, and coming across the ice really late to hit Stepan leads me to believe that this was payback. |

how did you feel about Pouliot's hit on Emelin late in game 2? - DoubleDown
Shouldn't even be compared to one another. Dig deeper. |

agree 100%.
if i'm in the position and i'm looking for payback, i'm not so sure i go to the offending culprit. maybe i go to his teammate. i think, as a player, that's worse. it's one thing to have to answer the bell for your actions. it's another thing seeing one of your teammates have to answer the bell. |

whoa, whoa, whoa. excuse me. why not? because Emelin didn't break his jaw? that was a charge from behind. it was a very dangerous and dirty hit. they can absolutely be compared. both dirty plays. |

We all to a man said it ws stupid and would not have been surprised if it was reviewed to be a suspension. This was different. |

Payback for the Price injury will be given to Kreider and only him. I don't expect to this series. Problably next year in the regular season. The Habs have to hit the Rangers, it's just a hockey play gone bad. And to boot, Prust can be suspended. So of course the Rangers are going to say he's out. They want Prust out of the game, cause he made the Rangers lose their minds. Stepan won't miss more than 1 game, if he misses one at all. |

Yeah when someone punches me in a fight I always run over to his friend and hit him. That always shows that guy I mean business. |

Sorry, I'm guessing this is all speculation, but if you honestly believe its a fake injury to get Prust suspended, I really dont think there is a reason to discuss this further. |

Not pissed, I apologize if i read into it differently. But all breaks are different, until we find out more info, I don't know if he does play or not. I hope he does, I just don't think it would be played up to get Prust suspended for a longer amount of time. Other than the hit last night, Prust has been insignificant this series. |

Exactly, he's done nothing (some of us, question why he's playing, he's playing hurt). We've been out played in almost every aspect, we lost our best player, and you guys are winning about nothing. It's a hockey play gone bad. I'd gladdy trade misfortunes with you. |

Not trying to dictate. Just asking. Respectful Habs fans should stay, but the trolls need to leave. |

My issue is, most come in here when their team wins, and are hard to find when they lose. |

I never said Habs fans weren't allowed, but if the refs are pushing out some opposing fans to stop an all out war on this forum, Ranger fans shouldn't have to leave. |
