Yep, this is exactly how I feel after hearing the news on Stepan. Prust's actions, coupled with the officials incompetence, basically took out two forwards for the rest of the playoffs.

Like it or not, that piece of garbage Prust did his job.

Surgery pretty much indicates he is done for the year. This isn't getting stitched or sutured up; surgical procedure needed is an entirely different animal.

This is very bad news and the league looks like a joke once again. Prust illegally hits Stepan, without a penalty called, and Stepan is lost for the season.

Because the surgery requires all sorts of stitches & wiring, plus all the meds he's gonna b on for the pain. In not counting him out for the playoffs, but for Sunday NO CHANCE he's playing. Likely weeks.
