You would think with the waning of season ticket holders , Canucks ownership would give the public some interesting things to chew on .

I prefer the get to business approach. When there's news to share, we'll hear it. Don't tell me something just to play politics or to bs.

Benning will be the man. He will choose his own coach. Could it be Bylsma? If Babs is really on the market, why wouldn't he want to come home and coach in Canada? Bylsma got more out of injury depleated teams than anyone. If Malkin or Crosby didn't show up it says more about them than it does about the coach. There are lots of coaching options. The key will be the GM who must make some bold moves and must fire the entire scouting department.

I want a Seahawks-style rebuild. No room on the roster or in the system for pillowbiters... Only passionate competitive alphas who play with their hair on fire. Bieksa stays & wears the "C" for the youth movement... Sets an example that you don't just play between the whistles... Mentally & physically owning your opponent starts when you cross paths in the bowels of the building.

Anyone who'd gladly take multiple rabbit punches to the face and then take a misconduct for whining about it can go elsewhere.

Don't get me wrong, this DOES NOT mean I want the Bruins model. I consider Ehlers to be the type who plays the style I want and he's a shrimp...

I am going to go on the ledge then and say you are not a fan of the Twins leadership?

I'm not a fan of ANY of the appointed "yes men" who were "leaders" under the Gillis/AV dictatorship. It's not a coincidence that they went from Naslund to a (frank)ing goaltender to Henrik Sedin wearing the "C". Embarrassing.

I think our D (aside from Bieksa ) is also like that.

I would love to be able to trade for a kid like,Dillon from Dallas . Big hitter big blocked shots . I find our D is too passive. If Dallas took Edler and Hansen or something else I would be all over it.

Then we would need a PMD and two top 6 Forwards.

I know it will never happen but our two best Chips are the two that look alike. You could have instant rebuild. Like I said it will never happen though.

For morning coffee check out Habit on Pandora, about three blocks walk. There's also a store which specializes in the enjoyment of recreational pharmaceuticals on Johnson, just down from Government, might be up your alley? http://www.sacredherb.com/#/1.%20HOME/home_001

Not gonna happen, but I'd settle for next best case and keep him around with an "A" while this team (hopefully) gets younger.

In 4 years. Too many NTCs in the Country Club

They should have held onto Torts one more year to clean house and get us another high draft pick

MOst of the successful teams this season have had a large youth movement fitting into their core.

I wonder how a new GM is going to feel about coming on a 24 th place team with 9 NTCs on a 23 man roster , and told to fix it.

Also no one on the farm really ready to step in yet.

I am starting to wonder why you are a fan of the Canucks anymore. Last season was a condensed schedule because of the Olympics and with our west coast travel and the fact that the new CBA gave the palyers a certain number of days off each month, I doubt this team had more than 10 full practices all season. Then we get a coach that overplayed all his top players and burnt them out by the end of Dec.

I've said it before, some people are possitive and some are negative, the negative ones seem to be the loudest.

I said it before ,excuses are for losers.

I love this team as much as the next guy, this team is far from a winner. I am allowed to express myself as much as the next guy or do you want all yes people holding hands and singing kumbaya by Rogers arena. Make all the excuses you want but for three years we have been declining. Look at this roster and fiasco and tell me you think it will finish better than 9 th next year. We have won one playoff game in the last 10 games . Wtf does that have to do with Torts or the Olympics.

This organization has many many faults so don't put the blame on me.
