Kassian Virtanen would be a good start of that type of a line. Give the kid some time on the third to get use to it.

there isn't a ton of gritty skill in the 1st round, from what I have read. Just Bennet and Richie.

Say you don't get a trade you want for Kesler , I would finally play him all year with the twins.

It is...but are you building for now or for a few years from now? In a few years the big California teams will be getting old. Not saying they will be crap, but I think you build your team around your best players, in a style that works for them.

In the last couple months of the season, Eakins started playing Hall, Nuge and Eberle together again. Not a big line, but they produced well against those big California teams.
