Kadri seems like a douche but I'm more concerned about his moodiness. Kinda like Edler he seems to bring it some nights and then takes several nights off. Marchard is the prince of douches but at least he hustles every night.

If Kadri can be had for cheap, fine, but if we're putting together a decent package he'd be way down on my list of candidates. I just don't see him as part of a winning core.

Thing is, I don't think moodiness is simply a lack of direction. It's sort of a character trait.

Like I said if he could be gotten on the cheap I wouldn't be against it, but if he were on the block the Leafs would be wanting something decent in return and I wouldn't want to give them anything back of substance.

Although I do hate Campbell, Marchand, Chara, Lucic, Iginla, Krug, Rask, Bergeron, Boychuck, Thornton, Paille, Hamilton, Krecji and seidenberg still as much as ever and ciarelli is still a (frank)face + Jacobs can eat a Richard.


I think I'm at the point where I'd even cheer for the leafs against them.

Iggy is playing like a female dog, mad whenever anyone hits him and was being a bully or mr tough guy with a 5'6 dude tonight, Bergeron was kind of doing the same thing...trying to get at price....if Cousin Carey wasn't so composed these playoffs he woulda poop kicked him by now. And Krejci is just by association....lol I don't mind Lui Ericsson though...if that counts for anything

I thought it was all about results? don't get me wrong, I too hate that rat-faced piece of sh*t that is Marchand, but I've always respected players like Iginla, Krejci, Bergeron, Chara and even Lucic to an extent.

I really don't think anyone ever remembers the precise particulars of every Stanley Cup champion, except the bottom line, that they either lost or won.

The B's certainly have a polarizing effect on hockey fans, but you can't deny they have a quality balance of grit and skill, coupled with exceptional goaltending. I think most fans would love to say the same thing about their team.

Marchand more than anyone else is the real POS, but otherwise that team is pretty well built for NHL playoff hockey, and we're all probably just jealous more than anything else.

So, I take you feel that the Hawks are a more complete team than the B's? For me, it's a bit of a toss up. I think both teams have an excellent balance of physicality and skill, and each teams seems to have several game-breakers. I think I would still go with the Hawks in a 7 game series but this is the playoffs and anything can happen.

At this point, I just want to see a great series and exciting finals match-up. And I feel that Chicago and Boston or Chicago and Pens would be ideal (although the Pens are looking fairly scrambled at this point ). Gotta love the playoffs!
