67-51-20 can play the game the way they like to play it together against 26 teams, but against Boston, LA, SJ, it can't work that way. It renders 51 and 67 into puck retrievers. That's not their game.

I'm not suggesting they'll get by Boston or win the Stanley Cup.
I'm saying the Habs were trending towards becoming a much better team. They won't become great without experience like this. But Bergevin has made them more capable, and Therrien's bringing it out of them.
