He's the best player in the world, his value is thru the roof, but ya you're getting close with one of those two I'd guess. Still think other teams could offer more.

Twins and Tavares easily get that eam into the playoffs.

You can't count on McDavid, you have a 25% chance at best even if you're last place team in the league. Which didn't work out for Florida or Buffalo the past two years. Gotta go with the sure things only, which would be Strome and Reinhart plus MDC or Ehlers or both I guess?

Someone mentioned Oates as an assistant, why not head coach?

I like the idea of Oates more than Trotz... I'd be curious about McPhee too except I didn't like, couldn't understand, him trading away Filip Forsberg.
