You are out to lunch.

I am sorry. You know all, ryan miller is the best, the sabres are clueless if they dont take reinhart, and callahan is glue.

Sbroads answer this above?

Honestly. This city has a major inferiority complex.

We hate talented players that make big money, and love the blue collar talentless players because some of us can relate to them.

It's annoying to me.

That's solely just your opinion. That's my point, you just don't understand the people and fans of this city!

So why don't the playoffs count in your comparisons of the two?

Why does is only matter what they did from the deadline, until the season ended?

Why doesn't the fact that St. Louis having a point in 3 straight games while Callahan putting up a big goose egg not matter?

You use stats that are convenient to the point you want to make

your telling me that the majority of Sabres fans from Buffalo don't fall in love with blue collar players vs the hate for big money stars? I'd say it's almost fact at this point.

its the only sample size we have, but then again, some people dont like facts.
- TaroTsujimoto

Not when you manipulate the facts.

Whats the point of comparing what Callahan is doing on Tampa to what St Louis is doing on NYR? The proper comparison is comparing what each player is producing to what they replaced on their new teams.

NYR are getting similar offensive production from St Louis, although hes actually proving what they traded for already in the playoffs as hes over P/G in the playoffs. St Louis has 12 points in 22 games since going to NYR. Thats a .55P/G rate. Same rate as Callahan had (25 in 45) in NYR (.55P/G)

Tampa is getting a significant drop in production in Callahan (.46 P/G) compared to St Louis (.98P/G) was producing.

So, the stats, or facts, show that Callahan dip in offensive production is actually hurting Tampa more than helping them.

no he does,

Its easy to win arguments when you dont use facts, and you use your own opinions to justify your thoughts.

do you think there may be a link between Buffalo starting to hate Vanek and the time he got his big contract?

Yea I'd says so. But you could also make the argument that at 7 mil a year while the cap was 45 mil, he was well overpayed (at the time). But that's a different animal entirely.
