If Ehlers drops to 8.... i dont know how you can turn this guy down (frank) this guy is really fast and snipes .... I think its down between Ritchie and Ehlers for sure, probably take the more skilled guy in Ehlers even though Ritchie would be a nice addition as well for toughness power forward

I'll take the high end skill over big body and potential. I think many of the big forwards in the draft are flops or nowhere near the ceiling we believe they are. Ehlers is a fiesty smallish player with enormous skill, less likely to flop.

I think he would be a good pick, and is the type of prospect we should add as we don't have anyone with elite skill in the pipeline. Not to say I'd be disappointed with Ritchie, Fleury, Virtanen, etc., but Ehlers looks like a sure bet for a top line winger.
