Some I the examples are kinda sad...the Chara/Patches incident looked unintentional to me, Habs fans acted like he telegraphed it. Plus I watched the Canucks/ Bruins final series....lots of funny stuff from both teams.How many games did What's his (frank) get for biting a finger ???

It is kind of hard to get a hate on for a team when they don't make the playoffs. If you notice Canuck fans are a lot more polite this year as our tails are between our legs. When your team is doormats, it is hard to be cocky unless your name is Whipper and you are not just smart enough.

You will see once you get back to playoff rivals strong hatereds go along with the rivalry. I agree Canucks pulled a lot of poop in that series too. The difference is we got suspended for our stuff.

It is all okay until the other player reacts. It isn't a penalty for the Boston player until the opposing player reacts and then they both go. nvm.
