What I've gathered is that teachers are now rated based on how well their students do on standardized tests (more passes = more $$), not how well they actually educate.

My favorite professor got fired for giving out too many A's despite the fact students rated his ethics class #1 in terms of how much they learned.

If it comes down to Hillary vs. Ryan/Palin/Hitler, I am vowing right now to vote for Raptor Jesus. I just have a feeling that he'd get poop done.

I know he was absolved, but that was a deliberate hit, unless Steckel literally has no peripheral vision and just happened to shrug his shoulders at that exact moment by coincidence.

Certain classes were. The curves during Freshman year are nice. By Junior year, the bad students have been weeded out.

most definitely was. i dont think he may have meant the severity of injury. but he definitely meant to clip him. that was about as incidental as the knee from neal to ratface.

The course curriculum (set at the board level) didn't call for something (can't remember what it was). The teacher shut the door and locked it, and told the kids, "The school board says you don't need to learn this, but you do." THAT is a teacher.

I remember being told we were going to have a standard Chemistry Final. Our chemistry teachers were terrible. The entire grade failed the final except 1 person. They had to curve it so much and everyone just got Bs
