fair enough.

The psychological factor is definitely there ... whether it's Hank or MSG. Although if might be eliminated if the Flyers can grab one of the first two games.

As the saying goes, it's not a series until the road team wins a game.

If Philadelphia can get a split, in New York, this series easily goes at least six games.

Anything can happen, and my word is far from gospel, but I definitely like the Rangers to win this series.

ever since we swept you guys in the season series a couple year ago you've been our biatch
- rangerdanger94

those were certainly bad times.

the only way I can feel better is to play that shootout video that got us in the playoffs in 2010. I'll spare you by not posting it here.

Hey if WS was on my team I would love him too, I see him being a huge factor in this series. Again not to harp on the "toughness" factor or physical mind games, but I see first 10 minutes Philly really try to set a tone, by any means necessary. Especially someone who has skill & toughness like Simmonds, getting in guys faces, even throwing challenges out there to any Ranger, "lets go, I'm here."
- B2B76

Seems ridiculous to type this but Derrick Dorsett has to be at his fighting, hitting and grinding best in this series.

The Rangers don't have too many players that are considered "tough" but he is one of them. The Flyers are definitely going to get in the Rangers face early but this isn't your granddaddy's Flyers either.

Aside from Simmonds and Hartnell, they don't have any heavyweight scrappers on their team.

Rinaldo is a wannabe and Downie is just a punching bag.

I sense you're trying to get under his skin here, this guy is like one of the few cool Flyer posters, cut him some slack.

Maybe you turned off the end of the last game because you were losing but at the end Simmonds slashed Macs wrist twice, 2nd time with Macs glove already off from the first slash, yea, that's called dirty.

Hmm, deflecting from the original point are we? I believe you said Simmonds never did anything dirty, you responded to my post in fact, I responded with facts, you responded with this. ^

Nah, you have already proven to be a cool fan. You are regularly on here, when these two teams face each other, and you always look for good conversation.

Being 2-2 this season with both teams winning the home games is not dominating by either side.

Next?

I don't agree with 90% of those fans. They have their opinions, but I am pissed someone didn't remove Megna's head from his body.

Little slashes like Simmonds go on all game, if your pointing them out as dirty then majority of the league is "dirty."

Yea I agree. Hockey players call it scumming and they all do it. I dont really have any issues with what simmer did except I would've been pissed if he broke mcdonaghs hand somehow.
