That Olbermann guy is terrible, may as well have Bill O'Rielly. |

We're picking 6th guys. And personally I'd like to see us package that #6 pick for some quality that can play on this team right away. |

Think you're right. Is it 20 years old for AHL eligibility? |

Depends who is available when they pick. What kinda player would you target as a trade for the pick? |

Heard some stories of kids on the hs football team never seeing game time for the whole season. A work mate told me his kid was encouraged to tryout in grade 12 and made the team.
Last game of the season, they weren't going to make the playoffs and the kid was hoping to see at least one snap... never saw any game time.
Anyway, he does come across as a bit of a dink. Too bad there isn't any shortage of dinks in the media- local or international. |

Ryan Johansson or Mikael Granlund.
Neither might be available even for a good offer, but it's worth pursuing.
The sooner we get the Sedins on the 2nd line facing 2nd pairing opposition, the better we (and they) will be. Johansson and Granlund have that 1C upside and can already play 2C. |

Once his season is over he is eligible to play for the Comets. London is the host for the memorial cup. He can't play until his Jr team's season is over. |

his team hosts the memorial cup so he'll be a little bit busy until the end of may.

I wouldn't say he's that busy...
The number on goalie Jake Patterson's back was hugely symbolic. Thirty-five. As in the number of days before the London Knights' next game — the opener of the Memorial Cup on May 16. |

Frenchie was talking about him the other day saying of anyone he thinks he could be the biggest bust. Of course just his opinion but he's pretty good with prospects. |

Yeah, lets be real here. That pick isn't gonna bring in a proven young player. That's what teams HOPE these raft picks turn into, so what kind of team would actually take that unnecessary risk unless we're talking about the Jets and their problem child in Kane(I'm down for that). |

I wouldn't get too excited until he at least shows ability at the AHL level, too man overage studs that never become anything. Cole Cassels looks like a great pick though so far(not overage and putting up very solid numbers). |

Agreed, however i think Erie has a long ways to go these playoffs.....that roster is spectacular, the conference final between them and Guelph is going to be a sight to see |
