I suggest you have a read about the history of the word 'Canadien' and where the 'Oh Canada' comes from.

I know all that. The pic suggest PQ are the Leafs ie: losers since '67 and The Liberals are Les Habs.

I always find it interesting when PQ supporters criticize others about introducing the referendum idea into political debates. We have a saying in English: Live by the sword, die by the sword.

Montreal Canadiens may be Canada’s only playoff team, but no need for rest of country to cheer for them.

The last time there was a single Canadian team in the NHL playoffs was 1973. Habs won that year.

Wow. Tu veux changer le système pour que le PQ gagne la prochaine fois? Le portrait des Leafs devient de plus en plus à propos.

No I don't think so. Canada will forever be bilingual and Quebec's culture will be protected. You are better off as part of Canada. Your assets are not enough to pay the debt. U need pete and drexel's $$.

I mean it's true that the party defends a stance on that subject. But Couillard scared the people for nothing, there was very little chance a referendum would take place in the next mandate. Anglos really got their panties in a bunch over nothing, but it benefited the Liberals.

The arrival of Péladeau, and the way he came in, certainly are not strange to the rise of the polarity PQ/PLQ. Let's see who will replace Marois. I don't think PKP is popular enough among the party to lead, but some could step on their egos for the greater good.

So it was unfair that he played the role of a politician in an election?

So the majority are too stupid to understand? Hmmmm.

I think we are going to have to agree to disagree on that.

Well it's the defined date, but it seems governments can declare elections whenever they want, even with the new rule instated by Marois.

I didn't say that. He was smart to do so. But as Michel David said, he was given a softy in the middle of the plate. It was hard not to turn that into a homerun.
