People are claiming that Okposo would have to be a part of this trade. It wouldn't make sense. They'd get Kane to play with jt and ko. As fun as it would be to have Kane, we need a goalIe, 2 d-men, and a coach. Can we pull a Celtics trade and include a coach

Carlyle. He's a defensive mastermind.

Here we go with the Isles have no talent BS stuff.

They really don't. If this trade were for real, why would they trade KO? The whole purpose is to get better, and while Kane is maybe a little better, it's a wash.

KO isn't the problem with this team, it's Wang, Snow, and that dolt of a coach.

THAT and they have no goalie or d-men.

Sure. Their defense is weak and needs some work and a good solid goaltender would work wonders for you guys. One more scoring forward would also help.

I was joking and I agree. Their back end is weak but to say they have "no talent" is beyond short sighted. DeHaan looks incredible since being called up. Hamonic is no slouch either. The rest I could live without. The goaltending is talentless, agreed.

It probably had something to do with back to back years of shoulder surgery

Also need a line that can produce without Tavares on it.

We have that. Bailey and Grabner were a big cause of our secondary scoring woes. Lee, Nelson, and Strome though not on the same line are producing and coming along nicely. Strome is putting up some points lately even though he's on the fourth line. Not worried about up front though I wouldn't mind a legit winger for Tavares I feel one of the three will probably fill that role and do it well. Nielsen has put up his best numbers this season not playing on the first line.

Isles, do not have a problem scoring. As I have said three times already. Half of the teams in the playoff race would wish to score as much as the Isles do. Without JT Isles are averaging 3.5 goals a game.
