Yep. And despite the solid run of late, were losing ground in the playoff race. I hope to god they bring their a game on Wednesday or it could start to go south for us.
- Hextall271

so they're down by a point now? pfft. still have games in hand. and they're going to get in. not losing ground at all, until today. only the bruins have earned more points in the last 10 games.

I don't think he was great, but he didn't stand out as being particularly poor, in my opinion.

Just seemed to be behind play..I notice when he's not skating.....tonight he wasnt....but to be fair they all seemed flat tonight.....Emery was really good , but that second goal was one I'm sure he'd like back....oh well.....sets up a interesting week now....

Yeah. Obviously, we'd all take it.

That last goal was annoying. I just wish they could have forced Voynov to shoot it. If he scored, I wouldn't be as upset about the loss. They gave Emery no shot on that play.

Bad communication, I suppose. Wish Coburn would have just let Emery take the shooter, because I doubt even young Timonen would have caught King

Is he closer to a catalyst, or a (frank)ing black hole, in the shape of a man riding in a wheelchair.

(frank)ing wheels.

He's been better lately. Im still not his biggest fan though.

I see no point in singling him out tonight though.

As a side, I just got the 'Date Arab Girls' advertisement. People have talked about it, but its my first time.

coburn and kimo are generally bad at playing the 2 on 1. i don't have #s, but i'd be willing to bet the percentage of goals scored on them in that situation is well over 50%. they very rarely block the pass. either go down too early and take themselves out of the play or like coburn try to go at the shooter at the last second. always a perfect pass. always a perfect shot. but of course it's the goalie's fault.

There is not a Goalie playing who makes that save. No chance.

When I played, I never even went near the damned shooter. I always tried to box out the pass option and stay between him & the G to keep any rebounds from being on the porch.

Going to the shooter, especially that late, really accomplishes nothing.

41 shots by the Kings. Emery was good for the most part. That one goal was a bad one though.

I thought he did as well as you can expect from a backup.

Im hoping the Bruins build up a big enough lead where they play passively against the Flyers.

Yeah, those guys have been so reliable, and Coburn made several really nice plays, especially a nice poke check on Gaborik to foil a good chance in the second.

I think they benefitted. They let a lot go in the third though. Flyers ended up with more PPs.

He messed up going to the puck carrier, but Coburn didn't pinch and cause 2-on-1 to occur, so his blame is low. Flyers' passing was horrible leading to way too many breaks the other way.

several marginal calls against the Kings tonight ... including the crosschecking against Carter that nullified a Kings goal.

Of course, if I was pissed at the goalie, I'd just plow into him.
