gotta lose sometime.

They didn't roll over and die. They never do.

A loss like this doesn't worry me. It has to happen eventually. Just put it behind you and roll over the Rangers

nice to see a top scorer on the home team get tripped right in front of a ref, not once but twice, in a 3 minute span and never a thought about the arm going up......what a (frank)ing shock

evenly matched teams. in a 7 game series, i take the flyers. they lost because they waited too long to start actually playing. 2 of the 3 goals were from turnovers. yet, they could have very well won this game even with only 1 good period. infuriating.

love the way they fought back ... they gave it all they had in the last 20.

sure would have like to have seen more in the first 40, though.

Its nice to get the see a Flyers game for me personally. Good to see a couple of kids the Kings drafted. For not being able to see any games other than a few earlier in the year. God damn Berube has that team skating good. I remember everyone hating on the move to bring him in. Well it seemed that way to me. Just got home from work to catch the last 12 mins of the 3rd. Flyers were pushing.

Why the (frank) is Lecavalier out on the ice? Stupid, stupid move.
- flyer_nutter

I agree. Why put a player out on the ice who has scored 398 goals when you need a goal late in a game.

the kings outplayed them, yes. a lot of the "manhandling" came as a result of unforced turnovers and the flyers not skating enough.

A few guys didn't have great nights.....but they battled back to make it a game....can't have that many giveaways and win.

It always goes both ways. Most people feel the Flyers get away with more than most teams. I didnt get to see the whole game. But from what I saw in the final period. Id love to watch a 7 game series with these two teams.

Have to give the Kings credit for how they played.

Now with that being said, if the Flyers had played with the urgency they played with in period 3 for the whole game, things might have been different.

But hey, can't win them all.

I agree. Im glad they didn't roll over and die though. I still feel good about the team moving forward. Nothing to be ashamed of. Kings are really good and the Flyers didn't match them until the third.

Sometimes, you just don't have it. I imagine this stretch has been taxing on them.
