Those 6 months mean a lot to you, huh? - Elbows15
Oh, it makes all the difference.... My mom is six days older than my dad, and he lords it over her for six days every year. |

I have a cousin who is exactly 3 months older than me. Used to tease me that she was older when we were kids. She doesn't like it too much now that the tables have turned. |

WHOA. That is beyond creepy Savvy. Reminds me of the one gym coach who ALWAYS handed out the towels in HS. - Elbows15
Agree Elbows. Which is why I NEVER take a shower after the game. Too much weirdness. One guy we know that coaches the h.s. age kids has been known to get undressed and then proceed to talk strategy while in the buff, thinking nothing of it.
Way too creepy and weird and all that for me. Would rather shower at home and not deal with all that creep factor. I think it goes up (the creep factor) with age too. Wasn't all that weird sh!t happening when we were younger but now |

Think it was always happening Savvy. Its more public now and that is a good thing because hopefully it encourages kids to come forward when it happens. Also, maybe it helps educate them on the warning signs and help avoid getting them from ever being in that situation. |

From the NHL Hockey Operations Guidelines:
Entry Draft Eligibility
All players age 19 or older - TheTrob[(i) any player who will be age 18 on or before September 15 in the year in which such Entry Draft is held, or (ii) reaches his 19th birthday between September 16 and December 31, both dates included, next following Entry Draft, can attain eligibility by delivering to the League a written notice (Opt in Form) prior to the later of May 1, or seven days following the date such player finishes competing on his team in the year in which such draft is to be held.] are eligible for claim in the Entry Draft, except:
(i) A Player on the Reserve List of a Club, other than as a try-out;
(ii) A player who has been claimed in two prior Entry Drafts;
(iii) A player who previously played in the League and became a free agent pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement;
(iv) A plyer age 21 or older who had played hockey for at least one season in North America when he was age 18, 19 or 20
ENTRY DRAFT
How many rounds in the Entry Draft?
The Entry Draft will be reduced from nine rounds to seven rounds.
Will Compensatory draft picks still exist?
Yes. Clubs that lost a Group 3 free agent to another club between July 1 and September 15, 2004 will be eligible to receive a compensatory draft choice in the 2005 Entry Draft slotted on the same basis as under the expired CBA. Going forward, clubs will no longer receive compensatory draft choices for the loss of unrestricted free agents but will receive such choices for the loss of unsigned first-round draft picks.
Who is eligible for selection in the Entry Draft?
Draft eligibility rules will remain unchanged from the expired CBA (all players must be age 18 by September 15 in the year in which the Draft is held).
Will players still have to opt-in to Draft?
No. The Draft "opt-in" procedure has been eliminated. |

Hawks have $4.7M in cap space, even after adding TT and Morin. Can they sign some old phuck (not like me or Elbows) and play them in the playoffs? Let's get Nedved! |

Several games? The PK has been damn good going back a couple of months. You don't go from less than 70% to over 81% in a few games.
