How's Rundblad looked tonight?
- EKolb13

Ok. Nothing fancy and Phil hasn't given him a mad face yet.

The glue factory sounds like the best bet. The notion of soylent green just sounds nasty.

The one thing Andrew Zimmern hasn't eaten.

Not that he wouldn't....

He must be wearing the B2-Stealth shoulder pads....he's eluded radar all night.

EDIT: and then he makes a nice play to keep puck in o'zone

So he's not that bad? Possible 7th d-man material next season?

He's done some stellar work on the PK even this year, and does have the good reach and high hockey IQ. What I don't understand is why Q doesn't use him sparingly, in spots. As absurd as it is for an average fan like me to question a future HOF coach, I really wonder about this.

And when everyone is healthy, we don't need him on the 4th line. Our 4th line is great.

Definitely! But with the way Smith played 2C the other night (one game, I know) and in a perfect world think 4C is a reasonable spot for him.

He has possibilities. A D-man not being noticed is a good thing. Playing real conservative right now.

If - IF - Smith can handle 2C, then why not Regin at 3C and Kruger at 4C?

I think Regin has been very responsible, and has made some nice plays the past several games.

Possibly, but i saw more of Henry Hill at the END of Goodfellas than i've seen of Runblad.

I'm good with that. Or flip Regin and Kruger. Not sure Regin fits in their plans for next year but that's the place I was thinking for him; 4C.

Nice finish! Some stellar 1st line keep-away, and Ben Smith blocking the last shot. Good win.
