No he's not.

No D is worth a top 3 forward in the league in this pool format.

Only one who comes close is Karlsson.

Hedman doesn't even have very good peripheral stats.

if a manager doesn't set his roster regularly then a penalty of their third highest scorer gets thrown into the draft . Seeing they are hindering the outcome of other poolers this would penalize then and give compensation of the managers losing out by not playing fair.

So we have a draft as scheduled then , throw the players in a pool of the managers that did not pick their team and have a second draft amongst them ,then have a third draft of whatever's left for the managers that don't set their line ups everyday.
