You may not have to for him, I'm content taking BPA but Nikolaj Ehlers is one I'd sure move up to select.

When will Stollie be back in action? and will he lose the starting job because of injury?

No he's the guy in London, I believe he'll start tomorrow but they've given no indication. He was the backup last night.

Tune in here tomorrow at 2pm when they play.

Nice

Patterson's stats aren't exactly beautiful 3.67 GAA and a .866SV% in February but his record was 10-1

Let's hope they play better defensively in front of Stollie tomorrow.

Just a little bit of snow in Chicago, the Hawks have the best uniforms in all of professional sports, IMO.

The white and red. These black ones are a blasphemous bastardization

London is such a juggernaut. Hunter has done a great job. Stolarz really made the right decision to leave college and join the Knights.

I can't wait for this kid to get too the AHL. He's got all the right tools, reminds me of Pekka. Let's hope he pans out. No need to rush him with Mason at the helm

Right now they have 6 players with 20 goals 1 more with 19 and another with 18.

They've spent far to much time in their own end.
- MJL

not that it matters but i was at the game and even though they won they were outplayed and looked really unimpressive much of the time. when the rags tied it at 2-2 the shots were 21-13 the wrong way and they has missed 2 wide open nets with guys alone in the slot.
the dumb thing i'm worried about homer doing is either A) buying to try to contend or B) doing nothing because they're content to make the playoffs.

It will be interesting to see if Stolarz turns pro next year (assuming he is eligible because I don't know).

Btw, who are the next crop of college free agents teams will be bidding on soon. Are there any guys as highly rated as DeKeyser?

Unless they send him back for an over age season he'll be in the AHL.

Greg Carey at St. Lawrence according to Craig Button but he's a forward.

There's no defensemen as highly regarded as DeKeyser was. Bill mentioned UMass-Lowell defenseman Christian Folin

Wouldn't mind seeing him go back for an overage season.

Why he's done very well in his time in the OHL, he'll be in the AHL next season.

Watching what this team has been dismantled to, I would drink heavily also. They may not finish with the worst record in the league, but this roster is definitely historically bad after the trade deadline. Hinkie is doing the right thing to get this team competitive in the future. It is such an indictment on the league, the only possible way to get elite is to tank, and get a top 3 and hopefully draft a stud.

No. I watched a different one with Laughton I think. Maybe it was a different prospect.

They are 45 minutes each, it's been a series following the team around on the road to hosting the Memorial Cup. Pretty cool look behind the scenes of a junior team.

They are so bad. There is a legitimate chance they may lose every game from here on out. That would be 35 in a row.
