True. That said he was the forward gliding through the slot with his stick in the air covering nobody as Kreider put his stick down for the tap in. This team is awful in their own end. Failed clears and and a 3 lane highway in the slot.

He's a 4th line grinder that hits like a mack truck. I have no issue with him as long as he makes smart decisions with the puck and isn't taking bad penalties. He should only be getting around 8 minutes a game anyway.

Richards at his best is the better all around player but Simmonds is stronger and will probably have a longer career.

Seems like Richards' career has topped out offensively. A far cry from his days with the Flyers.

He's a 4th line grinder that hits like a mack truck. I have no issue with him as long as he makes smart decisions with the puck and isn't taking bad penalties. He should only be getting around 8 minutes a game anyway.

Id rather just have a guy who won't make bad decisions with the puck or take bad penalties. I feel those aspects outweigh any energy that Rinaldo brings.

I wouldn't call his chronic issues. Whereas, Hartnell has been known to make some questionable decisions.
