But damn, I wish Ballard would have been waived to see if maybe he could have been claimed and that money could have been used to keep the Edler-Ehrhoff pairing together, those guys with the Sedins were great.

Can't remember exactly who. Don't think it was a regular.

But I can remember at least one or two posts in the last month of someone wanting him back in a proposal that involved DET.

And I can remember someone lamenting the FLA trade as if they robbed us.

It obviously wasn't a great trade for Van, but to say FLA robbed us in the deal when all they got was Sturm and a depleted Samuelsson is a bit of a stretch.

I probably would have made the trade for the 4th the Canucks got back in the deal.

I don't think Johansen is going anywhere. I'd do that deal straight up or add to Kesler for him, he's gonna be a franchise player for the next decade.
