If the report is true (that Kesler wants out) he has a full NTC and I would somehow very much doubt he'd waive to go from one fishbowl market to an even bigger fishbowl market.

My money is that a US team would be the preferred choice.

I get what you're saying but Kesler could then easily turn around and say if he's not traded by this summer then he's not extending his contract and won't accept a trade anywhere at the TDL on his UFA year. He'd then walk for nothing.

Kesler and RJ umberger were room mates and hate each other.... cross that destination off.....

The reason why he gets hurt so much is that he plays the most minutes out of any forward in the NHL (this year anyway). 22:13 average. Add that to the fact that the canucks have the toughest schedule in the NHL, the guy simply doesn't have a chance.

It's his style of play more than the number of minutes. He plays hard at both ends of the ice, hits, blocks shots, etc.
