That sounds far too involved. I'll just keep imagining that everything prior to Ep. IV is pure conjecture and there were never more than 4-5 Jedi ever.
Edit: Machete is better than all 3 SW prequels. - jmatchett383
I would much rather watch Machete than the prequels. Or Hobo with a Shotgun, that movie is great. |

Read about it..
Start with IV, V... Once Darth Vader reveals he is Lukes father, flash back to II, and III, and follow up with VI. Episode I becomes completely irrevelent. - SchennBros
"Luckily, George Lucas has done everyone a favor by making the content of Episode I completely irrelevant to the rest of the series. Seriously, think about it for a minute. Name as many things as you can that happen in Episode I and actually help flesh out the story in any subsequent episode. I can only think of one thing, which I’ll mention later."
Let's see:
- Anakin Skywalker meets up with the Jedi (he wasn't magically just "there") and begins his training.
- Anakin Skywalker meets his wife, whom he later has both Luke and Leia with
- We see how the Emperor weaved his way into power
- Liam Neeson is the man.
I mean, if we're gonna talk about what events "help flesh out the story" then I guess Han Solo is also pretty irrelevant aside from one scene (getting Vader off of Luke). Luke/Obi Wan go to a bar and get a pilot (he happened to be some random pilot, could have been anyone). He gets frozen. He gets unfrozen. He fails at most acts in Ep. V and VI and has to eventually be rescued by Teddy Bears. |

Liam Neeson isn't even cool in Star Wars. He's a throwaway character who just dithers around ripping off aliens in racing bets. The only reason anybody cares about him is because of the actor. |

The real Flyers won't be playing until Jason Akeson and Oliver Lauridsen are recalled from their unjustified stay in Adirondack and the prodigal son, Robert Ryan, is returned to his rightful place in the glorious metropolis of Cherry Hill.
Until then, these guys are just impostors. |

I just enjoy most everything he does (including Excaliber). Same as Bruce Campbell. I just enjoy watching him act. |

Oh yeah, I'm usually Taken with his action movies. He's just a boring as poop inconsequential character in Star Wars. It's not his fault, I would've taken the money to sleepwalk through that crap too. |

If you read the whole thing, it actually tells you why the above isnt as important, like how machette order perserves more twists... like palpatine becomes emporer, and you dont find out Luke and Leia are brother and sister until the last few minutes of III, which is now 4 movies in, and right before Luke finds out in ROTJ. Plus there is more of a connection between Luke and Anakin going ot the darkside, with both starting out as whiney teenagers, to being forceful. Think, Luke enters VI in black, force chokes Jabba's guard, gives Jabba an ultimatum, and is tempted to use anger to save his friends... not to mention if you watch the Anakin-Dukou fight it is similiar to the Luke-Vadar fight, including the chopping of the arms... The Machette order make VI a much better movie... |

Or I could just watch IV, V, and the first part of VI (the part where Leia's basically naked) and call it a day. |

Or watch them, and instead of the prequels inject Machete and Taken. Now there's a Machete order worth watching! |
