New rule, we might want to ban trading. Because, you know, some team might actually get better at some point as a result. We need to ensure every transaction leaves both teams in exactly the same position.

I really should have gotten rid if the veto rule after the first fiasco—my bad for being naive enough to think guys wouldn't abuse it.
