Meh, i have a poopty memory and even i know that this is the second or third time Ek has mentioned something along these lines concerning Kesler.

Would absolutely despise losing him however if the return is a younger center with the potential to fill his shoes in even a few years i'd take it........unfortunately.

Trading Kesler would represent a full blown re-build as opposed to a re-tool of which i favour much more.

Sorry. I'm making the decision on this.

The veto has been abused too many times.

It's not there for lop-sided trades, it's there for suspected collusion.

There's still a wait period on trades, and if people have a problem they can message me and Nucker—if they present a good enough case against the trade, we'll do something about it.

Nucker's been burned on this too many times—I don't blame him for his reduced participation moving forward.

But it sucks, because he's probably the most active manager, so the league will already suffer for what's transpired...

If Kesler does get traded, but we don't like it, can we veto?

The thought of the type of return the Canucks could get trading both Kesler and Edler gets me harder then a diamond in a ice storm. Then I remember that Gillis is the GM and absolutely nothing will happen.

My season also went into the crapper as soon as he got hurt, so he's basically my MVP!

There's nothing wrong with having multiple players from the same team on your team if they're different positions. Gets a little tricky if they're all the same position, but shouldn't be a problem for you to add Edler! All upside, no risk!

He's one of the few guys I value based more on his potential than his current performance. I'd rather keep him than trade him for what's been offered to date (and there have been plenty of offers). Especially as I'm not exactly in the running this season...

I'm sure Nonis has offered Bozak straight up for him.
