Honestly man don't even bother with Scooby, his arrogance and lack of knowledge is absolutely nauseating. He will just make your head hurt, he is not worth one second of your time. |

Your another one, what in the world do you get out of coming in here? I heard you were making a fool of yourself acting all high and mighty after I got banned last week. Well im back now, and will gladly embarrass you with very little effort.
Anyone in the entire world could have gotten shutouts in those 2 games, Price had absolutely nothing to do with those wins. 99.9% of the shots hit the CANADA across his chest.
And you, I don't use the word "troll" because its the dorkiest thing on the planet. But your just plain and simple an annoying guy, you have no business in this thread. Why don't you go and enjoy your Sens thread and decide how many players are going to be plucked from your mediocre team at the deadline, by teams who have a chance at winning the Cup. Maybe Alfie will get traded, o wait he wanted absolutely nothing to do with your organization and plays for a team that actually does have a snowballs chance in hell. |

i'm not a troll at all, in fact all my posts at the beginning of this thread were positive towards how crosby and kunitz played.
i just enjoy calling you out when you criticize other peoples hockey knowledge, and call them trolls, when that's literally the ONLY THING YOU DO.
all of your posts are either you trolling on other threads with your complete lack of hockey knowledge, or whining on pens threads about other people doing EXACTLY what you do all the time (and have been REPEATEDLY banned for)......hell, i've seen multiple pens fans call you out for it.
have a nice day, hypocrisy is fun |

Despres and Gibbons were called up. Will be interesting to see defensive pairings aside from Maatta-Niskanen |

You know for a fact you came in here and ran your mouth after I got banned, I had 15 different PM's saying just that, your a real witty guy. You have no business in this thread, and when it comes to hockey knowledge I have never witnessed anyone as arrogant as you that knows as little as you do. The " I know you are but what am I" comeback you throw out there all the time has run its course as well, you really need different material. You bring nothing to our thread, maybe you will get lucky and I will get banned again then you can strut around in here like you had something to do with it. |

He scored 36 the year before Toews showed up, nice try pal. - Scooby_Doo
Wrong and wrong
Sharp scored 36 in 2007-8 Toews first season in which he scored 24
He was one of Canada's better forwards in the medal round, proved he can skate with the best. |

Agreed .. I disagree with nbartley a good percentage of the time, but I would not call disagreements about bylsma or simon despres "trolling"... Blogging on the pens thread with inaccurate info with no other motive then to annoy and antogonize!! ( something many of us have done btw)... Trolling sorry friend |

I think without Crosby, Kunitz is a 15-20 goal guy, 40-50 points. Solid nhl player, but not elite level. He was totally exposed during the Olympics, ask anyone who's not a pens fan.
2008-2009 was Toews first season. Sharp scored 36 in 2007-2008. Explain that how he scored his career high without Toews? - Scooby_Doo
Wow, Toews must be really good, considering he scored 24 goals and 54 points in 2007-08 before he was even in the NHL. Are you just making stuff up to sound like you know what your talking about? |

yeah, Sharp had 39 goals total in his first 5 seasons, then magically scores 36 the first year that both Kane and Toews are there. |

Ok well now that I got that out of the way, Pens trades, Bylsma bashing, and injuries. We have a lot to talk about boys.
I still say Ott and Jagr are the way to go, money wise something would have to be done to make this work. Honestly I hate to be unsympathetic but Letang's recent health problems are really going to be a hindrance on what we are able to do. But as long as we get Paul~mart back in some what of a reasonable time frame I don't think defense will be an area we have to address.
44-7
2-4
47-41
USA hockey was a complete and total bust, Bylsma had his highly offensive team in the first 3 games, come out with their heads in a turtle shell for the Canada game. We came out playing like the severe underdog, not the favorite (at the time, we were playing better hockey). That is a coaching issue without a shadow of a doubt, Bylsma was in over his head and didn't know what to do about it. Having said that I think this is a great thing for the Pens, Malkin and Bylsma being totally embarrassed could really light a fire under them for our cup run. |
