He's one of the Rockford prospects I'm really hoping turns out. I know he's had a couple NHL cups of coffee and hasn't stuck but he could be a solid addition to the bottom 6.

Rockford is outshooting Iowa 17-3 after 1 period. Morin leads the way with 6 shots (1 goal) and Pirri has 3. These are 2 guys looking for a shot somewhere in the NHL.

If I remember correctly, these guys (and Smith) went on a run late in the season last year too.
