U should all be ashamed of yourselves for not mentioning pavel effin datsyuk.
If he's not in the very elite top few players in the world category along with crosby, stamkos etc. (which i, along with sh1t loads of actual polled players believe) he's at least in the next echelon down. 100%.
An absolute magician. and elite defensively too.
Some injury problems this year doesnt change this one bit either - hugefemale dog77
Definitely second tier, thanks. Have him in our fantasy hockey pool.
Weird year for him, hopefully he bounces back next year. |

yeh ive got him too. been abit of a letdown this season.
but even with a concussion and a few quiet spots in between his multiple injuries, he's still got 33 in 37.
he's not getting any younger, but in the few games ive seen, it looks like he'll still be dominating for at least a few years yet. such an insane talent |

Sorry I just can't mention everyone.
K he's not on the Crosby teir anymore. He was. I'd say he's teetering between the teows and kessel teirs. For now he's still in the teows teir I agree. But he is declining like it or not. Sad I know he's a great ambassador for euro hockey, total class act and best hands in the nhl. But his speed and strength are declining. I still expect him in the teows teir next year tho. But he's still on the downslope of his career. I'm sorry I didn't mention everyone in the league. |

Give him Hodgson(Buffalo) like minutes and tell him not to worry about defense and then compare the offensive numbers, - Nucker101
Funny thing is Kesler didnt have more points per game than Hodgson when I looked with Cody having 4 less minutes a night.
Id like to think that Kesler spending time with the Sedins and 4 more minutes of ice time would see himdoing much better than Coho but sadly, we dont have to look far as usual to see why we dont have a second line....ever. |

Heritage Classic tickets are getting a little cheaper... waiting to pickup mine at the dollar store.
edit: I know I am cheap/frugal, but I still can't see myself paying $85 + fees each in a 4 seat family pack for seats that far away...
PER TICKET
204 C 1-4 CA $85.51 x 4

I bet some people will get some really good deals(at least compared to the people who bought early) the day or 2 before the day of the game. |

I still haven't been to the new BC place, I may have to wait for Whitecaps, Lions or autoshow or something...
If tickets were around $50, my son and I may give it a go... can't do much for less than $50 these days, but this sort of event is truly a novelty sort of thing. |

A trade that would really benefit both teams, Franson & 3rd round pick for Hamhuis, Canucks retain some salary just this season.
I think Hamhuis would have no issue waiving his NTC. |

A plug and 3rd for an Olympian... Sounds fair.
He wouldn't waive, he's from bc not Ontario. |

they've got piterangelo, jaybo, doughty, weber, keith. all better than phaneuf.
hamhuis is a shutdown guy. there for a different role than phaneuf can provide.
how is this hard to understand?
maybe this only makes sense to all Canadians outside toronto... |
