Roepers a good guy, but we get lots of grief from certain "special" folks with Vancouver under their name so people automatically get their back up at the sight...

Put another way... I'm one of the least trolly Leaf fans out there... just a dude with a sense of humour who nobody can understand what the (frank) I'm saying....

Lol it's not so much the single win, it's more the appreciation that the canucks have hit rock bottom.

Any argument about team success between Leafs fans and Canucks fans is moronic. I'm surprised you're involving yourself in it. On one hand, bragging about championships from the six team era is just ridiculous, and on the other hand, name one other fan base that brags about President's Trophies and Stanley Cup finals like Vancouver fans do. It's just embarrassing, for everyone.

Hopefully Jensen keeps this up and has me eating my words. I liked his 1st goal tonight the best, clean wrist shot from the slot(an area where the Canucks almost never get clean shots from) that just flat out beat the goalie.

Except im not homer. Its not my fault the Leafs are going to win the cup this season and are easily the best team in the NHL.

I love that dude for how much he gets prock so pissed and worked up.

Honestly, Gillis should have seen what we all knew 2 years ago and that was the Cup run was the only run. The team was getting too old and dropping players like Torres and --- damn... forgot his name... the one with the eye injury.... and equating Edler with Erhoff just overrated his club and he kept selling assets too long to prop up a mediocre team.

Gillis should have been fired for the Luongo mess alone. His myopic view of the team should also be reason enough.

All we need to do is learn from Toronto, Edmonton and Calgary and go threw fewer years of rebuild than those teams did.
