Of course they're not gonna come out and say "well I think it's time to change out this core", he should just say nothing at all. Go about his business and do his job. I do believe he has a bit of Darryl Sutter in him though, which is bad for the franchise. He'll hang on for dear life because he's afraid to get burned like he has in the past.

The same way every other gms trade players with NTC. Stops you from moving them to another weak team like Toronto or edm. But still lots of options

We only have one "compliance" buyout left, regular buyouts are an option though. I think they make a move this summer or at the TDL. Team should look different next spring, hopefully!
