Smoke around certain people? Don't see them for a bit.
Smoke in certain places? Don't go there.
Smoke during breaks? Take your breaks at different times.

It sounds crazy, but what most people fail to consider or forget is that there's more to quitting smoking than just the cigarettes. Some habits feed or enable others.

I smoked for nearly 10 years and at my worst I was going through two packs of Benson & Hedges a day (strong butts). I tried everything and this is what finally worked.

Commit to it.

Chest, I honestly just saw that Filpula report now. That said, there was only like 1 game prior to the break and he's projected to be back once the NHL resumes. If you really want to decline the offer I can send a note to Fosco. Let me know.

I read this book "how to quit smoking". Since the second I put it down I haven't had a single one. It'll be one year next month.

The best thing about the book is that the author tells you when to light one up as your read it , lol, and it works.
